My experience is usually with two interchanges. The design and engineering room and the consumer. The design room really has to have people who full think 3D process and know the feeling of these systems. Otherwise in apparel we have 2D visions that conflict on the 3D plane. Also keeping these groups tight and small. 3-6 people at most. Small but expert driven teams give more performance. The other is consumers. Seeing how they feel about images, concepts, and etc. play large roles in adoption.
