Je fais une projection de l'infrastructure impactée pour cerner le périmètre. Et seulement après cela je valide les hypothèses de pannes, connectivités, arrêts de services etc. Je n'entreprends surtout aucune action corrective durant cette phase pour ne pas parasiter le diagnostic. Et je questionne sur les derniers évènements impactant le périmètre défini. A cette étape, je commence à avoir une vision plus claire de la source du problème.
