Very simple. ???? ???????????? ????, ???? ???????? ?????? "?????????? ?????????? ???? ?????????? ????????????" With more than five years of my coaching journey as an NLP Life Coach, I have come across many clients with lots of emotional trauma, facing challenges with difficult life situations, personal loss etc., It is very important for us to maintain our emotional strength, to have a high level of emotional energy to be supportive to the clients. We should be empathetic but detached, never get emotional. I practice meditation regularly. It really helps me. Some of the other best ways are to practice grounding techniques and anchoring.

Set clear emotional boundaries while remaining empathetic. Practice self-care and take breaks to recharge. Seek support from colleagues or mentors when needed. Focus on problem-solving rather than absorbing stress.

I often engage with students facing academic and personal challenges. To prevent emotional exhaustion, I maintain a balance between empathy and professional boundaries. I actively listen and offer guidance while reminding myself that I cannot solve every problem. Engaging in self-care, staying organized, and seeking peer discussions help me manage stress effectively. Additionally, focusing on the positive impact I create keeps me motivated and prevents burnout.

This is a tough situation. As a human being it's hard to watch another human struggle, even if I'm supposed to be a non-judgmental and unvested coach (meaning I'm not vested in their success or their failure, but there for them as they decide their future). Humans are complex and beautiful and messy. And they are also brave, resilient, and brilliant. To "rescue" someone from their struggle means to deprive them of growth. To "rescue" someone from finding ways to persevere through their challenges is to deprive them of knowing they are brave, resilient, and brilliant. As a coach, I stay emotionally healthy by holding space for my client to think, plan...and rediscover hope. #DeliberateDecisionsCoaching #YouAreHumanFirst
