One of the most important things in human community is possibility of dialog. Once two member of a group has problem together so that this conflict is a harmful things for all of group mission. We shoud provide a suitable condition for a dialog. Considering of dialog is necessary for sake of no insult and full respect ,and justicly for both . Scientific reasons and friendly atmosphere lead the arguments of dialog to reaching a solution in direction of damping conflict between engineers as member of team .

? I don't think any problem can't be solved with open dialog. ? Yes, not every party might be happy with the solution. ? You make sure both understand the bigger picture. ? They need to understand it can impact the overall team and environment. ? Let them talk and find common ground. ? If required you can mediate the conversation.

I usually handle this situation with empathy asking each engineer "what you would do If you have been at my place" and then mediating the answers from both parties to find a common ground
