O feedback muitas vezes é negligenciado pelos membros da equipe. Ainda é muito comum a ideia de que, o que eu sei e fa?o e da maneira que fa?o, se for ensinada para outro, este outro tomará o meu lugar e isso é uma mentalidade ultrapassada. A medida que ensinamos e fazemos o outro crescer através dos feedbacks, crescemos em igual propor??o ou até mais. Quanto mais se ensina, mais se aprende. Isso ainda é complicado de se enxergar mas já estamos avan?ando consideravelmente nesse processo. Sempre que possível, dê feedbacks.
