One thing need to be checked is PTS/DTS Timestamps: Presentation Time Stamp (PTS) and Decode Time Stamp (DTS) for synchronizing audio and video.

The most important is to know the equipment you are using and also the software, then I just go step by step : 1 checking connection (always prefer wired connection, check bandwidth and background app) 2 Adjust stream settings (bitrate, match frame rate ...) 3 check audio sync settings and prefer hardware encoding 4 check platform specific issues 5 the last and the most useful use a dedicated audio sync tool
