One thing I have found helpful is to review the organization policies, then practice clear communication ,transparency and fairness with the team members and also Consider the Business needs.

To handle vacation conflicts, I’d set a clear policy (first come, first served or rotational), encourage early planning, and prioritize based on workload and previous time off. I’d also offer flexibility with alternative dates and ensure open communication to maintain fairness and team morale.
