Every question deserves respect, especially the difficult ones. In addressing sensitive issues, I believe it's essential to acknowledge the complexity and emotions involved. I would first clarify the context to avoid misunderstandings, then offer a balanced perspective. If needed, I’d emphasize that certain matters require deeper thought or broader discussion. It’s important to create space for dialogue, showing openness to differing views. Sensitivity, after all, is not about avoiding tough topics, but about approaching them with care, and with a willingness to engage constructively.

When faced with a sensitive question during my business speech, I'd say, "???????'?? ?? ????????????-?????????????????? ????????????????. ??????'?? ???????? ?? ???????????? ???? ?????????????? ???? ??????????????? ???????????? ?? ??????????, ?????????????????????? ????????????????." ?? I'd then ask the audience to write down their immediate thoughts or reactions on a piece of paper or via a digital platform. ?? After a minute, I'd invite a few volunteers to share their insights. This method acknowledges the importance of the question while fostering collective engagement. ?? It transforms a potentially tense moment into an inclusive dialogue, allowing for diverse perspectives without singling anyone out.
