In a security breach, I’d first communicate promptly with staff to ensure coordinated efforts and clear instructions. I’d use the public address system to provide passengers with calm, factual updates and guidance, emphasizing safety protocols. Assign staff to assist and reassure passengers directly, particularly vulnerable groups, and redirect crowds if necessary. Keeping communication frequent and transparent helps prevent panic and maintains order while security resolves the breach.

I have faced this situation as part of my work in the airports, usually we are trained to handle the situation well, the first thing never panic and follow the laid instructions from reporting as part of ERP emergency response plan, then try to isolate the effected area and manage the effected people which include staff and customers, do not engage as part of the rumors spreading and never react of giving information to outsiders such as media or through social media...if you are part of the team handling the situation focus on the job and leave the rest for others, if you are not directly invlove in the and you have someone is invloved in working with the issue leave him or her and do not get him or her disturbed or let them work.

1. Activate security plan. That will put every one on the team on SOP month. 2. Be aware of people on your team that didn't react as expected and cannot work under pressure. You never now until you know. And assign task outside secuiry to keep them calm. Find the new shining star and re distribute some tasks to them. 3. Be prepared for passengers that are not following plan as expected. That is the highest risk of things getting out of control
