Best way to access impact is first to check with user about what is task as many time user may not be able to communicate properly. Based on discussion access impact and decide.

Una vez en el trabajo tenía varios proyectos, todos urgentes para el área comercial, y evalué el impacto en función del valor monetario de cada proyecto para la empresa, el tiempo que me tomaría preparar cada proyecto, la urgencia relativa consultando al área comercial, y otra variable muy importante es el valor comercial que tiene el cliente para la empresa que muchas veces es la principal variable porque está amarrada a proyectos a largo plazo que generan un flujo de caja en el tiempo.

Most of the time urgency is decided by user and may not be true. When discussing one should find out urgency and then decide priority. One of my project user was from Sales and Distribution raised 1issue which was with getting Invoice. My colleague who was handling this task saying how could be it is urgent. I told him to talk with user and it has observed that it was big shipment of about 50invoices and just because 1invoice whole shipment wouldn't be dispatched.

En la producción de bienes y/o servicios, además de los factores anteriormente mencionados (valor cliente, costo beneficio, participación de mercado, etc.) se debería considerar la disponibilidad de los recursos humanos, materiales, económicos, financieros, tecnológicos, capacidad de planta, para implementar y llevar a buen término cada tarea. La correcta y detallada evaluación de cada recurso determinará finalmente el orden de prioridad de cada tarea y/o proyecto. Al final este informe será presentado a la alta gerencia para que en base a la experiencia con el mercado se ratifique o se modifique el orden de prioridades.

Before any project can begin, we must ensure resources are procured 100%. Spares, Special Tools & Tools. During my course of being part of a project execution l have noticed that Spares , Special Tools and Tools impact strongly on the delivery date of the project. Also the human resources factor against skills pool , time management contributes to projects slipping. Time as a resources must be managed jealously. Actually time must be tied to Money. How much is the cost of a second of the project Contractual time. Then human resources need to be brought to the understanding of such knowledge. Human Resources need to be taught project management so that the point of departure is the same.

Delegating is very important. However all the pre- requisites of the delegating process needs to be met . Attitude is very important and every employer&employee needs to engage to bring about the correct Attitude for work environment. Attitude is altered by many factors but Professionalism is the solution to a right Attitude. Attitude allows the person to be anything that the organization wants. Skills can be impacted to any individual provided the person has acquired the basic training for those skills enabling absorption of input which must be processed to the desired outcome.
