Escucho atentamente, formulo preguntas estratégicas y detecto si su duda es por falta de información, temor al cambio o incertidumbre en el valor que podemos aportar. También aplico prueba social, mencionando cómo otros clientes han superado desafíos similares con nuestra ayuda. Si aún percibo resistencia, ofrezco un compromiso de bajo riesgo, como una reunión breve o una prueba gratuita, para que experimenten el valor sin una gran inversión inicial. As someone who’s been in sales for a long time, I’ve found that the key to converting hesitant leads is really about building trust and showing them you’re there to solve a problem, not just push a product. I focus on listening—really listening—so I can understand their pain points and provide a solution that feels personalized. Once they see that I’m genuinely interested in helping them, I then subtly highlight the value and urgency without being pushy. For me, it’s not about rushing them into a decision but helping them realize the opportunity in front of them. And sometimes, just asking the right questions can get them to see how this fits into their larger goals, making the commitment feel more natural.

Accrochez-le avec quelque chose de percutant qui piquera sa curiosité. S'il continue d'hésiter, il faut détecter le vrai blocage et rassurer avec du concret. Partagez des expériences d'autres clients qui démystifient et adressent directement le bloquage (pour ma part c'est ce qui a toujours le mieux fonctionné). Mettez en situation ses problèmes sans votre offre d'expertise puis refaite cette mise en situation avec votre offre d'expertise. N'oubliez pas de créer l’urgence, mettez en place le FOMO, personne ne veut passer à c?té d'une opportunité : "Je dois vous rappeler que cette offre spéciale est jusqu'au...". Mais le plus important, c'est de contr?ler la situation du début à la fin.
