Considero muy importante entender la filosofía propia de la empresa y su propuesta de valor de la mano con los objetivos de la misma de cara a actuar de forma coordinada en dicha dirección. Estoy de acuerdo que es importante ser prácticos a la hora de elegir que tipo de formación proporcionar a los empleados de cara a lo que requiere la empresa y entender las necesidades y aspiraciones propias del empleado y soportar su autonomía para que esto redunde en mayor bienestar personal del mismo y en consecuencia mayor productividad en las actividades de la empresa, sin duda, todo coordinado y de la mano con el objetivo ganar-ganar.

En efecto, tal como lo describe este punto, en momentos el cronograma de formaciones puede colidir con las obligaciones naturales de cada posición y a efectos de cumplir con deadlines o participación se asiste a estas formaciones sin obtener realmente el aprendizaje esperado por la empresa y muchas veces también deseado por el trabajador, por lo que es idóneo formar la estrategia de formación pensando en la disponibilidad de tiempo pero también de concentración y mayor aprehensión de cocimiento a la hora de hacer estas formaciones in company.
