Additionally, this approach helps mitigate design bias in our work.

It's time to go deeper on the user pain points, use cases and needs to fish out the true differentiators. Any functionality should either support a key function and/or contribute to differentiating the application that leads to more love of the product

Be sure to share your results afterward; when other stakeholders see the impact of what’s been done, they’re more likely to support such initiatives in the future
