An individual who is involved in passionate learning or discharge of duties is bound to have certain issues instead of simply complying as " Yes Boss". This means there is some meaningful hardwork being done. Personality issues can be best sorted out if individual egos are kept at bay & only interest of the organization should be held high. Expectations issues can be best resolved by correctly identifying the causes whether it is due to carelessness, ignorance or deliberate. Accordingly measures can be taken. However, the stability reached after addressing conflict is generally more trustworthy.

Identifying the root cause of a conflict, whether personal, like differing values or personalities, or work-related, such as disagreements over contracts or deadlines, is crucial. It allows for a focused, factual approach, minimizing emotional responses and facilitating effective resolution.

Most of the conflicts can be best resolved if correct time & place are choosen. Every human has certain essential emotions, happiness, anger, stress, laughter etc. Only the percentage of each trait differs from one individual to other. Dealing with Peace of mind, maturity, calmness matters a lot. Ambience of the place/location also matters. If a busy/hectic location like traffic place is choosen it will aggravate the issue rather than solving it.

Choosing the right time and place is key to addressing conflict with your boss. Opt for a private, calm setting when your boss is not busy or stressed. This facilitates respectful, productive communication. Avoid public or digital spaces where interruptions and eavesdropping can occur.

Seeking a solution is a best way forward. It is natural in an organization that individual perspectives differs. However organization goals are more important than individual perspectives. Hence a common platform where organization perspective/goals matter should be choosen. Naturally the perspectives of decision makers in an organization may sometimes differ with that of decision followers. However key factor lies in making/ treating both as important contributors of the organization. Solutions to achieve this is the best way forward.
