Try the business model of Shein; pilot small and then scale up. Unfortunately most new products failed. So better to fail real fast with the least amount of investment possible. Figure out a way to pilot; learn from it and move on if it doesn't work. Eventually one would work and then scale up as quick as possible.

The next step is to assess your impact. How does your product affect the environment, society, and economy? What are the positive and negative outcomes of your product? How can you measure and monitor your impact? You can use tools and frameworks such as the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), the Social Return on Investment (SROI), or the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) to evaluate your impact. These methods can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities for improvement.

3 Apply sustainable principles

The third step is to apply sustainable principles. How can you design and develop your product in a way that minimizes waste, maximizes efficiency, and enhances quality? How can you use renewable, recyclable, or biodegradable materials and resources? How can you optimize your energy and water consumption?
