I agree but I think these aren’t enough, value proposition isn’t just about being unique or special from the rests but it is more important to how our product can solve the problem and facilitate the needs of the customers- or in other word a solution to unsolved problem.

Year 1 investment must be the basic one for a capacity that would give them confidence to look at the numbers and even if it is able to cover your total cost that would be good enough . High volume components production could be a risky one on the other hand multi products with flexibility to produce with the same machines would be good.
