Atender una negociación con un equipo de trabajo resulta influyente, empodera. REgularmente si tratamos una negociación con una persona solitaria, resulta facil, sencillo, puede ser facil imponerse ya que existen areas de debilidad que surgiran en algun momento. Cuando te presentas con un equipo: - Estas mostrando que no estas solo - Que cuentas con apoyo y soporte ante cualquier duda y/o requerimiento - Que eres un lider y tambien sabes manejar el poder y al equipo. - Demuestras fortaleza, legalidad, compromiso, legitimidad de la propuesta. Es un trabajo que surgió de varias mentes expertas y multidisciplinario.

Estando solo los nercios, miedos, emociones, nos pueden traicionar al negociar. Al tener un equipo de trabajo, existe la posibilidad de hablar con ellos durante una negociacion y dar respuesta oportunida, real a cualquier pregunto, controferta. Saber si seguimos adelante o no, como re definir la propuesta o hacia donde dirigir la negociación.

Having clearly defined roles and responsibilities for each individual, as well as a leader to oversee the entire negotiation, is crucial. It's important to note that the leader should not only be on top of the financials, risks, and the commercial impact to both sides, but also possess high EQ and be free of ego. Manage the team from the perspective of the negotiation (the deal outcome) and not from emotions or ego.

Como director de orquesta, se practica y prepara cada seccion de instrumentos para el gran concierto. Se debe practicar con el equipo antes de la negociacion y poner sobre la mesa los escenarios que peudsn o no surgir y como los resolveremos. Puede suceder que existan comentarios internos, discusiones, puntos de vista distintos donde lo importante como lider del equipo será aterrizar cada punto y valorar cada uno para la mejora y bienestar de la negociación. Sumado a la capacidad de saber en que momento dar la palabra a un miembro del equipo, que sea quien resuelva un marco legal, en general atender todos los frentes que presente la negociación. Importante, desarrollando al equipo , este se integra, crece y se fortalece.
