To ensure teachers apply new skills effectively, I focus on hands-on support and ongoing feedback. I’ve found that offering practical examples during training and following up with classroom visits helps teachers see how the new skills fit into their daily practice. In one instance, I introduced tech tools in a workshop and then helped individual teachers integrate them into their lesson plans, ensuring they felt comfortable. I also create a space for teachers to share their successes and challenges, which fosters collaboration. By providing consistent guidance and making myself available for questions, I ensure the new skills stick and are applied meaningfully.
