Demandas sobre postas é comum na rotina de trabalho, situa??o esta que pode provocar certo desespero e confus?o na resolu??o de certas atividades. Essas demandas surgem por algum motivo e saber qual é a mais urgente ou a mais importante pode ser um desafio. de alguma forma todas elas precisam de resposta, Seja a solu??o do problema, seja apontar que a mesma é irrelevante (atitude fundamentada). O que fazer durante o bombardeio de solicita??es? Primeira atitude seria manter a calma. Em um segundo momento é preciso alguma resposta imediata que pode ser: "vou verificar"(anotar e verificar posteriormente) e em alguns casos apresentar o estado da demanda em que se tem certeza. Coletar as informa??es ajudará na prioriza??o.

Tem uma máxima em projeto de produto que pode ser estendida para outros projetos, que s?o: "mais altera??es no inicio e no fim poucas ou nenhuma.", o motivo é simples, o custo. No inicio qualquer altera??o terá custo mínimo ou zero, conforme avan?a no projeto esses custos aumentam até que sejam financeiramente inviáveis. Essas s?o regras simples que o cliente normalmente n?o sabe e que precisam ser acordadas nas primeiras reuni?es de pré-projeto. Após as primeiras reuni?es de estabelecimento de especifica??es de projeto, é muito importante uma reuni?o para apresentar as janelas de altera??o e o limite (com data) para mudan?a especifico por item. Nem tudo ficará registado cabe bom senso.
