My PowerPoint presentations are free from distracting animations, and I sometimes add my own cartoons or relatable humor. I start by covering the financial or governance benefits of the system. I also turn data into visual graphs for easier understanding. Instead of waiting until the end, I check for questions after each slide or section and encourage participation if needed.

My everyday language may not be everyone’s. And sometimes all you really can do is dumb it down. Even comparing a CPU to a brain, is still not really explaining the cpu… or the brain. I feel that analogy is overly simplistic.
