A team is a group people with different expertises, talents, and experiences, ... ,etc. that can work together coherently. But, any group of people that are gathered together will not be a team at the beginning. This group should pass through 4 stages of, forming, storming, norming, and performing to turn into an effective team. At forming stage, group members are trying to know and learn about each other, therfore conflict rarely happens between them. At Storming stage, conflicts between group members do happen. It's duty of team coach to let diferrences of opinions to be expressed and peacefully solved. At norming stage, people learn to work as a team. At performing stage, team is formed and team members work together coherently.
