Write absolutely specific details Write day-to day activities you performed in your prev role and esp in your current org NEVER EVER copy paste roles and responsibilities fromyour prev job JDs, its utterly useless to hiring team Add numbers (like how many reports reviewed annually as well as in your whole career for example)- this will give them an idea of your career exp and ability to handle workload Keep it crisp (no more than 10-12 lines per job done), make every word count Keep your CV under 2 pages if possible, if more job changes- never ever write a CV more than 4 pages long Highlight any complex tasks done in your verticals and awards won, give numbers Numbers numbers numbers
