The message should be conveyed very precisely without any clutter which generally grab attention of the targeted persona. Once this is done successfully, the rest is a waterfall effect of generating interest and creating desire among the community and ultimately drive action in the form of leads; what is known as AIDA model. In recent time Narayana Health’s campaign “Take Care”- Ayo Khyal Rakhe Sabka is one of such example of marketing campaign.

In my opinion, healthcare needs of various age groups are different from each other and at the same time their preference towards accessing and receiving healthcare is also different. - Diversify healthcare delivery methods - Diversify content of marketing campaign - Diversify language of marketing materials - Diversify campaign channels Majority of today's marketing campaigns, even though are claimed to be inclusive but never considered the needs of special needs people. As health has to be accessible to everyone on earth, therefore, our marketing campaign must adopt diversity and inclusion.
