I’ve found that at their core, everyone is the same. Everyone is seeking value. Everyone is chasing outcomes. So that’s where I start. What problem am I solving? How am I adding value? What insight is the most relevant to my product or service? What slice of life example is the most relatable to my TG? I answer these questions, add in regional nuances(through research or speaking to my regional teams), bring in my brand ethos, and that’s it.
