That's actually what I'm working with now. Learning the customer/user preferences may be tricky. It includes reading statistics, communicating personally, searching A LOT of information, and using your intuition. When streamlining these tools in UX design, it's probably necessary to read tens and hundreds of user reviews, analyze their movements, interview some of them, and then design a scheme that would satisfy them. That's what I'm learning now.
