Never assign untrained workers to complete quickly. Never by pass safety. Identify potential hazards and use control measures. Never enforce workers. Create a corrective action plan with input from employees. Make sure all workers are aware of the plan to ensure it is properly executed and enforced. Donot blame only for one person for any wrong. Hold every one accountable .Prioritizing tasks and tackling the most demanding ones first Discouraging multitasking and focusing on a single task at a time. Taking breaks

Start work after all safety precautions carry out by me and found anything unsafe I could not start work and complaint about it to safety officer .

There are number of ways and methods to stay creative at construction site. -Identifying Reporting the hazards -Following the SOPs -Aware the coworkers about work and associated hazards. -Having good communication with others workers and management. -Participating in the activates at site. -Make his and his fellows time effective. -Doing constructive discussion about Safety at site.

I will take the following steps at the work place in order to keep my self safe. Attend the TBT before start of work ,and attending the HSE training scession. Assessing the my task and identify potential Hazard related to the task. Effectively coordinate the hazard to supervisor and HSE OFFICER and seek for the Safety procedure for the task Will use proper work method and platform and PPE effectively for the work

I would recommend considering all besides those that need to be kept for after work ;-) i.e. Have fun. Thinking outside the box is a good tool however this needs to be engaged on the theoretical level mostly during design level and not on the construction job site.
