Una buena herramienta y software que va genial, al menos para mí es OneNote. Se pueden compartir archivos, planos, excels, comentarios, etc... En tiempo real y se puede utilizar desde cualquier dispositivo. Habrán muchas más aplicaciones pero para mí está es la mejor.

Definitivamente este es un punto no negociable. Sin embargo, es importante asesorarse donde esta siendo almacenada la data. Si es con servidores propios del proveedor, con Amazon, o Google, u otro. Hay que realizar una investigacion para saber planes de contingencia que pueda tener el proveedor del software. So so true !!!! Using Tech just for the sake of it it seems it's a trend this days when in reality it can be a great compliment to a well structurized, planned, prioritized project .
