Two main things come to mind: 1. Make sure employees don’t need to share names and email addresses. Gain honest feedback about your company in general vs having a naming and shaming culture. 2. Show you care by saying “you’ve said this, and we are doing or have done this…”

This will help you identify specific or localized problems, focal areas and makes it easier to act upon.
