Nos puede resultar difícil creer que lo que tenemos es lo que otros necesitan, por ello es importante sostener un diálogo interno que nos impulse a desactivar los miedos y las inseguridades. Por ello algo práctico es elaborar una lista con las razones lógicas que sostienen nuestro accionar. Una lista que podamos creer, y trabajar en nuestras posturas corporales mientras las decimos y las vamos recordando. Fortalecer nuestro diálogo y creer en nosotros con fundamento, si no creemos en nuestro desempe?o mostraremos dudas con lo que decimos y con lo que hacemos, y dudarán de nuestra capacidad. El cuerpo y la memoria muscular combinados con nuestras redes hebbianas para creer y crear nuestra realidad y poder confiar en nosotros mismos.
