Whenever we are coaching employees internally, as a coach we can do the following A. Having a very strong agreement & in that having a special clause on confidentiality B. If we need to communicate any specific thing to management, we need to seek the permission of the executive C. Instead of using names, we can just pick the scenarios & give them examples. D. Being honest & showing integrity is a must in the Coaching. This has to be evident for the client to feel.
