?? I am one of those clients to my own coach right now! What my coach urged me to do is acknowledge that I love taking action as much as going deep into self-reflection. So my homework this week is literally take more action because I've been reflecting too much. ?????????????? ?????? ??????????? At the end of the day, action without self-reflection is basically being a puppet of the world around you, which leads to stress and frustration and misalignment with your inner self. And self-reflection without action is like the cup in Karate Kid... you pour, you pour, it spills over, and you keep pouring... for what purpose??? Life is a beautiful dance between self-reflection and action in an upward spiral of our life's journey!
