Before Enter into the field decide and clear on ur goal which position is suitable for you as like Site Engineer, Structural designer,QuantitySurveyor, Planning and scheduling, Billing,Project management,setting out,Draftman,Fitout Engineer etc.. Before Enter u decide which is your way then follow the direction, because many people i saw they initially working as site engineer then they will move into office work as like Planning,Billing,designing. Reason they may tell site engineer tough job office work is easy like that,see my friends every work have tough situations how u handle is matter. So clear ur path. Then follow and respect seniors gain knowledge from them,Daily learning is very important like code book,Software,Technical book etc
