Sin dudas, que a la hora de analizar el desempe?o debemos tener de antemano bien identificado los objetivos planteados. No se puede evaluar de la misma manera a todos, por lo que es vital antes de evaluar entender el perfil del puesto, el perfil de la persona ( esto nos permite mejorar rendimientos) y objetivos seteados. Creo que en la era de la IA, las evaluaciones de desempe?os personalizadas (PUESTO; PERSONA; OBJETIVOS) son la clave.

The most importante fact about having a solution is to understand the problem. Can also be a past experiences. The solution should effortless and bad friendly user. The Less complex the better. The more automated the better and efficient. We aim to quickly understand how a software is designed to work. The biggest set back is system downtime or delays, the aim is to go by what the targeted market needs.

Additionally, gather input from key stakeholders and conduct trials to ensure it aligns with your team's workflow.

Acredito que com a evolu??o na inteligência artificial, hoje é possível encontrar softwares que integram os objetivos da empresa, que proporcione um servi?o completo, desde uma boa experiência para quem está usando até a indica??o de plano de desenvolvimento de acordo com os resultados.

Having software only for performance review doesn't make sense. It is better to have a people management tool that is a one-stop shop for all needs including performance. Improves employee experience

It would also be important to me to integrate employee development or training status and training successes and to make suggestions for employee development.

Think of a river flowing smoothly. Usability is like the water's ease of flow. Test the software's simplicity, like a smooth river current. Choose a tool that's user-friendly, allowing your team to navigate it effortlessly, just as a river's flow brings harmony to the landscape.

In my view, the usability aspect is simple. The software must have the lowest possible threshold for use by new users and be highly reliable in terms of data integrity, data protection and privacy. So from a European perspective, GDPR compliant and hosted locally where possible. The KISS principle is a success factor (as so often).

The software should be able to gather reviews of various business verticals. Sales team has different set of kpis, HR team has different. Billable resources share another criteria while in house resources have another. One Software should consider these different functions and be able to gather review and feedback for better performance review.

User-Friendly Interface: Look for software with an intuitive and user-friendly interface. This will ensure that both employees and managers can easily navigate the system, leading to better adoption and engagement. Customization and Flexibility: Choose software that allows customization of performance review templates, goals, and competencies to align with your organization's unique needs and processes.

For small community organisations cost is a huge factor in making a decision on software for this purpose. Being a small organisation, for us it is important to weigh the costs of this expense for the number of staff we have. Staff turnover would also impact on this, as if you had to continually train staff on how to use, this is an additional impact.

As a global leader, carefully weigh the cost factors associated with performance review software. Consider pricing models, such as subscription-based, per-use, or one-time payments, and compare the value offered. Factor in potential hidden or additional costs like training, customization, integration, and support. This comprehensive assessment ensures that your decision aligns with both your budget and expectations, leading to a confident and beneficial choice for your team.

Understand that this is just one piece of a very complicated puzzle. Data output is most important to me, but also understanding where that fits in the bigger picture is valuable. If you lean too much on just the output of software for any people measurement it can backfire quickly.

Concordo com os pontos citados mas refor?o que independente de ferramenta, a grande chave na gest?o de pessoas é estabelecer expectativas realistas, mensuráveis e liderar pelo exemplo, ou seja, ter um diálogo transparente e contínuo com suas equipes e manter a meritocracia e a transparência nas avalia??es de desempenho, promo??es e remunera??o.

Realmente de nada adianta um software “potente” se o Feedback n?o for verdadeiro e assertivo. Por isso, sempre gosto de destacar o que chamo de “meus pilares de lideran?a”: Respeito, Comunica??o e Feedback. Na minha opini?o, sem eles n?o há funda??o. Sem funda??o, n?o tem software, nem política de gest?o de pessoas que pare em pé…

I don’t choose performance management software unless I’m forced to. People are not robots, and software runs the risk of distilling people down to numbers that may or may not tell the whole story. Define the work, with enough specificity to help people be successful without being so specific as to tell them what to do. I want people to think critically, play what if to solve problems, etc. Everyone develops on their own schedule - my role as a people leader is to find the best fit between the business’s need and the employee’s performance schedule.

O software é apenas uma ferramenta, ent?o o mais importante é entender qual é o objetivo dessa avalia??o, quais ser?o os critérios, como eles ser?o mensurados, a peridiocidade e o que será feito a partir dos resultados. Tendo esses pontos bem definidos e alinhados com os gestores e equipes, uma simples tabela no Excel pode ser muita mais útil do que um sistema robusto e complexo que n?o gera valor. Come?ar com um processo mais simples permite uma clareza maior sobre a real necessidade do time e, consequentemente, facilita a tomada de decis?o.
