No importa tanto la version de ITIL puesto que los procesos son los mismos; lo que cambia es el foco que se le quiera dar. Hoy dia no pensaría realizar un cambio a la infraestructura si este no es documentado, revisado, aprobado, programado, ejecutado en forma del proceso de Change Management puesto que todo lo que se mueve en TI afecta al negocio
