Throughout my experience managing diagnostic testing labs, I've found it valuable to invite physicians, genetic counselors, clinical trial leaders, and patients to host seminars. These sessions highlight the vital role laboratory testing staff play in their work and in the lives of patients. Such engagement provides staff with a deeper understanding of how their daily responsibilities contribute to the company's mission and emphasizes the profound impact their work has on patients.
