Take proper Assessments before and after the training and provide regular feedbacks. 3. Focus and identity short terms and Long term Goals. 4. At one time focus on one skill for more effective result. 5. Motivate and involve all the participants/ candidates. 6. Use some company's training softwares or Expertise for more effective result. 7. Timely identifie whether your training is helping your company's achieving it's goal or not.

1. Set your target or objective first and be clear with your ideas. 2. Take regular feedbacks from your staff for effective result. 3. Make your training interesting by visual , make some videos, slides use some themes for better understanding. 4. Involve your management for evaluations and hire some professional trainer for more effective training. 5. A little flexible with your time as per the employee comfort. 6.Give some certification or some perks after the completion to keep them motivated. 7. Set your training structure as per the requirement and need of organization. 8.Involve the participants in discussions ask them to contribute their own ideas and valuable point.

Change in Work, Change in Behaviour, Change in Attitude, Change in Deliverables are the areas to assess the impact of Training with my employees. Because the objective of Training is also this only!

Siendo responsable de Formación, lo primero que debemos tener en cuenta es que solo con la formación "formal" es decir, cursos online o presenciales podemos darle herramientas al empleado pero nunca será suficiente para que gracias a ello mejore en una habilidad. A parte de la formación reglada o formal (plan de formación que tiene toda organización) desde HR debemos asegurarnos que en su día a día esa formación la va a poner en práctica ya sea porque la necesite para alcanzar sus metas o porque va a formar a otras compa?eras en dicha habilidad. Solo aplicandola diariamente podemos asegurarnos que se ha aprendido efectivamente.
