We most remember that data still depend on a key factor to achieve their quality a security. That factor is humans, who are greatly influenced by corporate policies and organizational culture. Often, it is necessary to start processes of cultural transformation and alignment of management and shareholders whit the proposed changes to improve the quality and security of accounting and financial information.

Not doing this beforehand can lead us to costly and often failed processes.

A transformation process in any area of an organization has a fundamental step: The entire organization must be convinced that change is necessary to move forward and growth. And the first ones who must be convinced of that change are the people who execute the different processes of the company. Even if the shareholders and management are convinced, if the staff executing the tasks is not, then the process is almost certain to fail.
