Forward thinking, flexibility, easy to use, etc. such features can be built only. And yes you have to keep sharpening the saw if you want to be the best.

For example, you can use frameworks like SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, or Value Chain to analyze the external and internal factors that affect your business environment. There are a variety of frameworks available, so practice their application in different scenarios to build self confidence and 'memory muscles' on both how and when to use. SIPOC (Supplier, input, process, output, Customer) is a six sigma tool but is great to frame high level processes outside of Six sigma too.

Una vez, brindando una capacitación interna, de Agilidad, quería transmitir el concepto de una buena "priorización" a la hora de planificar. Uno de los modelos que encontré y me pareció muy intuitivo fue el modelo MoSCoW. Hicimos un ejercicio práctico, luego de explicar brevemente de qué se trataba y como debían priorizar las tareas, el cual lo supieron aplicar rápidamente, demostrándome que es una herramienta poderosa y sencilla. One thing I have found that helps as well is to improve my analytical skills is feed back is solicit feedback from your peers and mentors on your analytical approach. This can provide valuable insights and help you refine your thinking process.
