Getting up early to have quiet time to write. I brainstorm about what is on my mind. If I have a problem, I write down solutions. Some solutions are seem impossible. And I might spend the next morning writing about how to achieve that impossible solution. I may wake up thinking about a goal and brainstorm on steps to achieve my goal. I can look back at my writing and pick out other ideas to brainstorm.

I shall only remove the time allotted to eating breakfast and exercising in the above. Rather it should be channelled to more challenging tasks.

This is an easy thing to do, especially when you make yourself a priority in this area and not allow other things to push this to the back burner, which is so easy to do. Once you get into this habit, you will find where you are more efficient in the execution of tasks, and you will have the opportunity to further enhance your task lists by flagging them into short-mid and long-term tasks to address.
