Work hard, work smart. Say what you do and do what you say. Lead by example, standardize, create best practices, innovate, create, follow up (always) - internally and externally. Help out others, don't (always) be that lonely wolf, support the team and your leaders, ask for additional work, create your own plan how to get better on a daily basis, be self critical, ask for 360 feedback and NEVER stop learning.

In my opinion, A successful direct sales representative might excel in building rapport with customers, consistently exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional after-sales support. They would also actively seek out opportunities to learn new sales techniques and expand their network within the industry.

I'm very practical about networking. I have a spreadsheet inside my google drive that I call "priority networking'' and this is a list of about 20 people who I believe will help me get to my goal. I make sure I keep building relationships with them and this has always helped me in my journey

For example, by seeking customer feedback, you show you care about the customer experience, you value the perspective of the customer, you might uncover blind spots that can help you do better for them and others, and you might find opportunities to be of service again. Feedback is definitely a powerful tool!

Yes! 100% Your job is to be a knowledge expert on solving a very specific problem. And you need to shamelessly promote how you have been solving that problem for your Ideal Customer Profile. Try and ignore all the social media fluff, and make sure you speak to 1 audience about 1 problem
