tips to assess and address: - bring up the concern straight up - lead into the solution, and always have some ready before u address a problem - if it’s budget, see if there’s wiggle room by presenting variations of the product with and without a budget flexibility - if it’s technical constraints, consider a workaround or a hack way to create a logic flow similar to what you’d hoped previously. - the markets changed, you’re doing a great job keeping up with it and pivoting from your original solution. pitch fresh perspectives and insights on this pivot as a positive. - pitch everything as a positive, there’s a solution to everything (a cheat is to blame the technicals if not :p)

VR is often a new venture for companies so being realistic around margin for change is important. Take small steps and assess & communicate regularly. Also engaging people who have done it before will reduce risk and spend overall.

El problema del hype que se crea sobre un proyecto a veces puede resultar un arma de doble filo, si bien debemos mostrar lo mejor de nuestro proyecto, no debemos caer en que el publico se haga una falsa idea de lo que es. Cuando llegue el momento de que prueben nuestra experiencia y no se vea como los videos que les mostramos, si hemos usando renders falsos, 3D muy distintos a los de la experiencia o mecánicas que no están incluidas. Todo esto nos jugará una mala pasada.

Podemos crear una web de recomendaciones, ver lo que dicen en las redes sociales los que han usado nuestra experiencia o crear un canal de Discord para que puedan recomendar y debatir los usuarios. Todo esto nos viene muy bien a la hora de desarrollar un proyecto, recomiendo usar estas técnicas, a mi me sirven algunas de ellas y me dedico al desarrollo de videojuegos indie. Si bien no he desarrollado un juego propio en VR, hemos desarrollado muchas experiencias para BTL y que hemos probado con distintos públicos.

Un consejo bastante grande es que no nos sintamos mal si el proyecto tiene que cambiar para mejorar, recordemos que si no esta alineado a la visión original, pero es por una mejoría, entonces estamos por buen camino. A veces lo mismo pasa con los clientes, ellos vienen con una idea y entienden la tecnología, entonces se les empieza a ocurrir mas ideas, cambiar el proyecto pero todo es por mejoría de este, como también podría ser que no, eso va depender de nosotros.
