It's important to review and revise, make sure that you test out what you are doing as often as possible to make quick pivots as necessary. It is also important to take a step back to make sure everything is working as a whole. I was once working on a feedback system, when we started it felt complicated to use, so we adjusted and then adjusted some more and we kept going finding solutions to every individual problem, one day I tested it feeling sure it was great because of all the problem solving we had done...in the end we lost sight of the big picture and made it way more complicated and had to scrap it and start again from scratch, oops, lesson learned!
