I agree with the points in the article but I would also like to emphasise the different communication styles we have based on our personality. Using DiSC personality testing can help you to understand whether someone would prefer brief instructions or lots of detail. Or whether someone wants to talk an idea through and share their ideas or maybe listen and reflect and share later. Some people might prefer detailed written reports, some may prefer short video instructions, some might like pictures or diagrams etc. The key thing is understand this and facilitate a culture where information is shared in different ways so different people can be more comfortable accessing it.
