I have been leading and implementing Gen AI in our operations unit for over 5,000 employees for nearly a year now. Observing industry trends and adoption across various sectors, it's clear that while we have a long way to go to realize the full potential of this technology, its role as a strong assistant and ally to everyone, regardless of role, experience, or expertise, is here to stay. When discussing with our organization or college students, it's evident that individuals leveraging AI will have an edge over those who don't. AI can expedite certain tasks, and where it doesn't add value, it should be used to save time and focus on other priorities.
