i simply think that help your team understand your vision, you can use an inside-out process that focuses on personal strengths and unique contributions to the organization. Encourage each team member to create a personal vision statement that aligns with the transformation context and defines what they can contribute to the transformation effort. Additionally, you can use design thinking to listen and empathize with your team members, and provide regular feedback and support to help them understand how their contributions fit into the bigger picture.

For a team to understand, follow, and execute one's vision, they need hands on leadership. You have to be immersed in their tasks, work shoulder to shoulder when things stall, and provide guidance. The #1 cause of employee dissatisfaction is a lack of guidance. With commitment and guidance little victories will turn into big victories and your team will buy into your vision because you have demonstrated that it works.

Driving the vision is an overall strategic roadmap and members of the team should have personal objectives that are part of the roadmap. This way, there is no space between the objectives and the components helping to achieve the vision. This is what employees want: 1) objectives that are challenging, yet achievable, and 2) to understand how their objectives (work activities) fit into the overall vision and strategic roadmap. In summary, this is how to "orchestrate beautiful music" instead of randomly hoping that the right work gets accomplished.
