The goal of a team is to lift up and create trust among it members. Transparency is not an option when it comes to ideas and creative steps toward a goal the team may have. If you have members that are not willing to share or participate in team activities then an intervention by the Supervisor or Manager may be required. Use structured meetings that require input by each member this can be facilitated by each member being assigned a task that is due for each meeting. Encourage over and above on assignments and suggestions or ideas out of the box are welcome.
