After hearing with patience, try to steer discussion like "I noticed this issue, how can I help you in that, or what can I change/do better?" Open communication is key to fostering a positive work culture, this in turn will foster trust across the team.

Collaboration and Communication creates Connections! In order for a team to not only function but soar you must have those three “C”s in play. In my teams, I utilized several tools to keep my team connected. Those tools include daily checkups via chatting tool to each team member individually. You want your team to know they matter individually and collectively. I also set up 15 min “Check In” meetings daily and let different team members facilitate. I utilize MS Teams and Zoom chat to make this happen. If we are in office then I pick a corner of the office to have meetings. I also have my teams to have a group chat just for team members so they can communicate and collaborate. A connected team will continuously do amazing things.

Create a central knowledge base for documenting standard procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps. This promotes knowledge sharing and reduces redundant work. Implement communication tools like team chats or project management platforms that facilitate real-time collaboration and information exchange. Also, not to forget to hold regular team meetings and maybe even cross department meetings where team members from different domains come together to share their experiences.
