Vor ein paar Monaten hatte ich eine Situation, die mich stark an die Herausforderungen in einer VUCA-Welt erinnert hat. Mein Team stand pl?tzlich vor gro?en, unerwarteten Ver?nderungen in der Branche. Zuerst herrschte Unsicherheit, aber durch offene Gespr?che und gezielte Unterstützung haben wir es geschafft, gemeinsam einen klaren Weg zu finden. Ich habe gemerkt, wie wichtig es ist, in solchen Situationen flexibel zu bleiben, regelm??ig Feedback zu geben und vor allem zu zeigen, dass wir den Wandel zusammen bew?ltigen. First of all, having a agile culture. Giving the team the freedom to test and iterate quickly as a value-adding activity. Second, as leaders, we need to be able to receive feedback. Honest feedback and giving back that same honesty. Finally, we need to be clear about uncertainty and open to share our doubts. We are not prophets, just leaders.
