There are different ways to define criteria for quality control some are define below 1. Generate a project quality plan complying project scope of work along with specification with standard operating procedure for relevant discipline and brief the same to team and regularly monitor to maintain and follow same. 2.Obtain method statement, inspection plan and checklist approvals for different activities and brief the same to all team to follow and maintain. 3.Make distribution of project releated correspondance updated to team for better upgradation of site work rather confusion with different information.

1. Define quality criteria: Clearly establish standards and benchmarks for quality in facilities engineering, outlining what constitutes acceptable performance and outcomes.

Quality implementation is a really hard job specially in Readymix concrete industry with un skilled workers. People often bypass it but they don't know the importance of Quality Control. For me proper knowledge and guidance should be given to people to exactly know how important is Quality Control.

Responsibility of quality control engineer to make sure everybody ware of the procedures sequence of work and inspection with check list for properly implementation of same at site. Not only implementing maintain ?? the same and can be improved for achieving best quality final products free for future defects.

The QC process, or quality control process, refers to the steps involved with upholding consistent standards and specifications for the products and services you provide to consumers. Any business can have a QC process, regardless of the type of goods or services it offers. The QC process involves identifying standards for quality, regularly reviewing products to ensure they meet those benchmarks and removing any products that don't meet quality expectations. It also involves ensuring that the people creating goods or offering services have the necessary skills and training to provide an excellent experience.

2. Implement quality control: Put in place processes and procedures to monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the facilities engineering projects.

This is vast field of job that we have to follow but inshort i would like to add some point to implement quality control > Clearly define the quality criteria and standards that products or services must meet. This includes performance, reliability, safety, and other relevant aspects based on customer requirements and industry standards. > Develop detailed procedures for inspecting and evaluating products or services at each quality control point. Specify criteria for acceptance or rejection based on quality standards. > Conduct inspections and quality checks at designated control points according to established procedures. Document inspection results and any deviations from quality standards. >improvement > feedback

Generate an easy and timely collected information with clearly identifying the action required (some time information, inspection, status and modification or upgradtion) and collaborated to responsible concern departments or individual for action. There are multiple method available and in current world also improved with system like AI which can easily used with proper clarity to achieve end user product timely with durable condition as it meant to be or far better than this.

One thing I've found helpful with teamwork is that it helps members of the team with lower skill or expertise to gain confidence as they gradually learn from the combination of efforts by team members in achieving the set goal.

3. Foster collaboration and teamwork: Encourage communication, cooperation, and mutual support among team members to collectively address quality challenges and find solutions.

Based on activity sequence of work drawn with stages of inspection to avoid familiar and controlled defects but some time uncontrollable and unfamiliar defects encountered; for which special attempts and attention to be planned implemented timely to complete the work efficiently with engineering efforts. These efforts for unfamiliar and uncontrollable defects shall be recorded as lesson learn and reffefferd for future project to save time, cost without compromise the quality of work.

It's really important to take note of mistake and feedbacks as they are very helpful in guiding personnels through future similar tasks. These will help ease the process of scaling through them with minimal risk and maximum output.

4. Learn from mistakes and feedback: Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing past mistakes, soliciting feedback from stakeholders, and using insights gained to enhance future performance.

One thing I've learnt from quality monitoring is that it always makes the job process seamless because it goes in line with the design and there is less room for accidents to occur when quality is being evaluated properly.

5. Monitor and evaluate quality: Regularly assess the quality of workmanship, processes, and deliverables in facilities engineering projects, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.
