Change the team meeting environment by going to an external venue. Scrap the usual format of meetings and remove ridiculous one-hour quanta of collaboration time: thrash the problem out until it's resolved. Explain that tge differences in preferred communication strategies is both an asset and a liability and that internal conflict will not lead to the triumph of the loudest voice under your leadership. Use a quick 360 activity to air the issues then address the elephants in the room calmly. Model the worst case scenarios for continuing conflict, both for business and personally, then spend the rest of the time finding answers while enjoying a catered day. Return to the venue a few weeks later and look for progress or barriers.

Time for a team building exercise. Probably outside the office. Sometimes by taking a team outside of their daily element they let their guard down and are more willing to work together without even realizing they are working together. This could be obtained through an escape room or a team competition event that brings them together as a team to nest another group or department. Maybe trivia competition. That’s only one method I would try.
